What are the payment options?
We offer many payment solutions and can work with you with options that best fit your needs. We do offer online payments, such as Venmo, PayPal and more. We can also offer monthly invoicing.. Contact Us Today for other options.
What is your return policy?
There are no returns or refunds for any reason because the nature of the product. If product has damage please see policy below that applies to you and we’ll be happy to help.
1. If you product DOES NOT have personalization there are no refunds or exchanges unless the product is damaged – therefore you can request within 5 days of receiving a replacement of the same product.
2. If you product HAS personalization – there are no refunds or exchanges unless the product is damaged – therefore you can request within 5 days of receiving a replacement of the same product.
3. Return postage for products is not covered and is your responsibility.

How do I personalize an item on the site?
You can personalize almost about anything on the site, even if it doesn't have a personalization option. I will send you an invoice from the site with your order and you can pay online after!
Delivery Information
Yes we are local! We get that question a lot. We are located in West Michigan and this where all of our packages are shipped from. We utilize our local USPS, but offer many options for fast delivery if you are in need of overnight or something other than first class postage.
About the Vinyl
We use only the best vinyl We offer premium Oracle & Starcraft Vinyl. You can order either permanent or removeable vinyl, there are benefits and cons to each so please do your research before you purchase. The vinyl is rates for up to 5-7 years outdoors or 10-12 years indoors with proper application and care. We also offer matte vinyl, glossy vinyl, glitter vinyl, and much more!
